But before that, a few rules!  LOL, just a few:

Only one request at a time

I reserve the right to open and close my folder as my schedule permits

Please be sure to include the adopt name, head choice (either personal or forum heads), and your name.  Please no overly long names.  Signature tags will not be made if all of the information is not included.

If the head you choose does not work for the adopt you are requesting, I reserve the right to choose one that fits the doll.

I am not taking special requests as they are very time consuming.  The tags I am offering are "as is" and will only have head and name changes.

Please and Thank You go a long way! :o)

Please pick up your signatures in a timely manner.  I do not always save completed tags and you may not be able to replace yours if it is not picked up promptly.
